The Document Upload Process

Sharing the right documents with the right people requires getting them uploaded in an organized in manner.

Before this project, for users to see what their customers had access to, they had to upload their folders individually. This was time-consuming and not the most efficient way to populate their VDR.

The New Flow

The new document upload wizard gives the users the ability to bypass the process all together, and upload the documents. But it also affords the user uploading their documents to take each of the steps to upload their documents customizing the permissions and alerts.
